Our work with our clients and our associates is important to every member of the Fast Switch team. It's important for you to understand our philosophy of working with our clients and our associates.

WORKING WITH OUR CLIENTS
In working with our clients, we structure everything we do on the following operating principles:

  • Relate Honestly and Truthfully ... set the proper, real expectation to ensure client satisfaction and simply tell the truth at all times

  • Profile Thoroughly ... understand the skills, experience, and expectations of the position we are trying to fill

  • Search Diligently ... proactively “mine” for candidates where others don't

  • Present Conservatively ... present only qualified candidates and highlight strengths and weaknesses

WORKING WITH OUR ASSOCIATES
We are obsessed with continuing to support an environment where people want to continue to work for us ... for the rest of their career. This requires that we reduce turnover by:

  • ... keeping overhead low so we can pay the most while still charging market rates

  • ... humanizing benefits, continuing education, and associate development policies

  • ... participative management

We asked our staff to tell us why candidates were uniquely attracted to a career at Fast Switch or to work with us in advancing their career through the use of our executive search services. Their answers were:
