For those clients that are more comfortable with a retained search model, we have upped the ante with our Guaranteed Retained Search services.
Since the industry average for retained searches completed is not even 60%, clients pay for retained search services but do not hire more than 40% of the time. To address this waste of money, we provide a guarantee - EVEN FOR RETAINED SEARCHES. For retained searches not completed, we keep the search fees paid on account, and allow our clients to apply the fees to future searches. In plain language, you only pay us when we've delivered a candidate to you that you hire.
